Manage the full life-cycle of recruitment process from Lead generation to deal closure
Manage existing clients and expand accounts
Actively contribute to business development efforts by building and cultivating a pipeline of potential clients
Desired Skills & Experience:
Fresh MBA's with no standing arrears & more than 60 % score in Academics
Technology and Internet Savvy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Result-oriented
