One of the top BPO Company has an urgent requirement and looking for candidates for the position of Customer Support Advisor.
Gross Salary – Rs. 25,000 – 27,000 / month
Below are few basic requirements that we are looking for:
· Freshers – Most welcome
· Experienced – must be willing to join us immediately (as soon as 20th Jan )
· Language required – English & Hindi (Mandatory) plus Malayalam/ Kannada/ Bengali/Gujarati (any one or two languages from these)
· Shift timing : General Shift (9:00am to 6:00pm)
Key Result Areas:-
Order Processing / Fulfillment:- Process the orders received with the specified TAT & Quality. Accountable for ensuring that all credit requests are legitimate and are processed within SLA
Invoice Management (Invoice review/accuracy, Invoice Delivery): Ensure accuracy of generated invoices by counter checking invoice details against the reviewer spreadsheet. Ensure that the appropriate fulfillment system contains accurate customer information to process orders based on agreement terms
Administration, Policy, and Procedure:- Support continued development of Customer Service policy and procedures and take responsibility for coordination and reporting for the MRW & Other special projects
