JOB DESCRIPTION :
·         Responsible for winning new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) in USA.
·         Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project.
·         Plan and Execute sales strategy & tactics that maximize business opportunities
·         Generate prospective leads and sales opportunities.
·         Qualify the prospect and make due diligence
·         Generate additional business opportunities through dedicated prospecting and cold-calling.
·         Maintain high activity level with prospects and timely follow-ups.
·         Understand and develop the technical and business requirements for our customers, along with our internal team.
·         Develop detailed proposals that meet customer challenges.
·         Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
·         Update and maintain prospect base by recording all prospecting activity on a daily basis.
·         Manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle using communications like phone, video/audio conferencing and email.
·         Develop and execute a capability selling lead generation plan that involves cold-calling and professional networking.
·         Initiate a communication and make presentation to customers and business stake holders such as Director, Vice President

REQUIRED SKILLS:
·         Should have interest on International Business development for IT Services
·         Must be a self-starter and be self-motivated.
