Designation: Software Support Engineer
Skills :   
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written English)
We are looking for candidates who are quick learners and they should have the capability to add value to Team and Client.
Should be working as a bridge between customer and technical teams Flexibility to work in various shifts (as part of 24 X 7 support)
Willingness to work in voice and non-voice support activities
Should have strong analytical skills
Should be an excellent team player

Target Degrees & Branches :   B.E / B.Tech - Graduate (Computers in academics is a must)
Role & Responsibilities:
Customer Support activities - Voice & Non Voice
Internal Support activities - Voice & Non Voice
Product support activities
Production monitoring activities, Reporting , Escalations, Resolving  etc

CTC, incentives and In hand Salary:  Rs.7500/- (Seven thousand five hundred only) for the first 6 months then will be revised based on the individuals performance
Tentative regions for walk in drives : Chennai
Joining Period: Immediate
Selection Process
(No. of Interview Rounds)  : 1 – Telephonic round / F2F - Three rounds
% Cut-off :  NA
Bond : 2 years
Shift: Working in 3 rotatable Shifts 24x7 Support
