Pro-actively identify & connect with people through Advanced Internet search, professional & social networking sites, internal/external referencing, blogs and other sources.
Manage the full life-cycle of recruitment process from Lead generation to deal closure
Manage existing clients and expand accounts
Actively contribute to business development efforts by building and cultivating a pipeline of potential clients
Desired Skills & Experience:
Fresh MBA's (only 2014 batch) with no standing arrears & more than 60 % score in Academics - Only 2014 passed out students
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
