POSITION: ASSISTANT MANAGER (QUALITY
ASSURANCE)
Supplier
AOI and ISAR / PPAP, revalidation and test report verification, Monitoring of
supplier & in house rejections due to supplier part and taking necessary
action, Work with the supplier to analyze the rejections and find out the
root cause. Ensure implementation of corrective/preventive, actions, Conduct
Supplier Process and System Audits at regular intervals, Incoming inspection
report preparation, Drawing study and interpretation of drawings,
Implementation and maintenance of TS / QMS / EMS activities in line
,Countermeasure verification and Effectiveness monitoring at Supplier end,
Critical Process identification, Validating the Working condition of Error
proof, Continuously educate suppliers on PPAP and customer specific
requirements.

POSITION: SENIOR ENGINEER (QUALITY
ASSURANCE)
Handling
APQP activities for QA department, SPC Monitoring for new parts, Approval of
new parts from customer, Making PPAP documents, Kaizen activity, Overall
responsibility of implementation of industry-standard QA/QC procedures at all
stages of the manufacture of our products, Manage and supervise QA/QC team
,QA/QC audits, QMS, TQM exposure, Sound Knowledge of quality systems and
process

POSITION: MANAGER(TAXATION)
Will
work on handling both Direct and Indirect Taxation. Will be ensuring day to
day activities in both direct and indirect taxation,CA with 8 to 10 years of
exp of handling all Tax Functions, prefer from large manufacturing
engineering companies with Rich experience & knowledge of Tax Related
Matters, resident of Chenna/Tamil Nadu, excellent leadership skill, Will work
on Transfer pricing arrangements, drafting policy, TP documentation, audit
and assessments, Attending to tax matters (direct and indirect taxes) and
liaison with external consultants in the matters of appeals before appellate
authorities and tribunals, ensuring compliance with various statutory
obligations under direct and indirect taxes, Practical experience in drafting
& arguing appeals before CIT (A), Experience in working on FDI Policy,
FEMA, RBI regulations, SEBI regulations and Companies Act related
assignments, Exposure to accounts & SAP EPR, Responsible for
Monthly/Quarterly direct and indirect tax, Significant experience in working
on Corporate tax and International tax compliance and advisory assignments,
Experience in indirect taxation that includes Compliance, Advisory and
Litigation Services in Excise, Service tax, VAT, Sales Tax, Professional Tax
& other Indirect Taxes.
