Other Terms & Conditions:
· Candidate joining the organization will enter into a bond for 3 years for Rs 1 lac.
( Rs 30000/- towards training + Rs 70000/- as bank Guarantee)
· Training will be provided by their partner ( Global talent Track) and on successful completion will be absorbed into Hexaware, the training amount of Rs 30000/- as mentioned above will be paid directly by the candidate to the training institute.
· On completion of 3 year Rs 30000/- paid towards training will be reimbursed & Bank Guarantee can be encashed.
