Combined Campus Drive for Management Graduates of  2012  Passing out  on 03 April 2012 at Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering.

 

This drive is open to all AICte affiliated colleges in Tamil Nadu.

First 500 Registrations will be considered.

The description of the project, Sales Trainee Program flow and the eligibility criteria are mentioned below.

Sales Trainee Program

Position: Sales Trainee

Who can Apply : Professionals who have 60% in their Graduation and in MBA/PGDM/PGDBM.

Selection Methodology: Group Discussion, Aptitude Test, Personal Interviews.

The selected professionals will be assigned with the projects in either of the following areas

1)      Retail:

The trainee will be responsible for

a)      Retail Audit

b)      Data collection & Analysis

c)       Propose strategic action plans

d)      New Retailers Opening and managing the Distribution Network

e)      Selling of Saint Gobain Glass products.

f)       Credit Management

2)      Institutional Sales- Exteriors

a)      Discovery of Projects and audit

b)      New Database creation and management of influencers like Architects, Builders, PMC,  

         Fabricators etc

c)      Fix appointments and meet the influencers.

d)      Promote and specify Saint Gobain Exteriors glasses for projects in Commercial

         segment.

e)      Follow up and coordinate for projects.

3)      Institutional Sales- Interiors

a)      Discovery of Projects and audit

b)      New Database creation and management of influencers like Interior Designers &

         Architects.

c)       Fix appointments and meet the influencers.

d)      Promote and specify Saint Gobain Interior range of glasses for projects in Commercial

         & Residential segment.

e)      Follow up and coordinate for projects.

4)      Institutional Sales- Residential

a)      Discovery of Projects and audit

b)      New Database creation and management of influencers like Builders, Architects,

         Consultants and End Customers.

c)       Fix appointments and meet the influencers.

d)      Promote and specify Saint Gobain Exterior & Interior range of glasses for projects in

         Residential segment.

e)      Follow up and coordinate for projects.

Remuneration:

For Trainees deputed in Metro location Chennai a monthly stipend of INR 17500 /- will be paid.

For Trainees deputed in Non Metro location a monthly stipend of INR 16165 /-  will be paid.

Conveyance and benefits are in addition to the above mentioned stipend amount.

The trainees will be assigned with any of the above project based on their suitability for the role for an initial period of 9 months and post successful completion of project the incumbents fulfilling our recruitment criteria will be absorbed on the rolls of Saint Gobain.

TAMIL NADU STATE LEVEL PLACEMENT PROGRAMME

(2012 PASSING OUT STUDENTS)

Anna University, Chennai is organizing Tamil Nadu State Level Placement Programme

(TNSLPP) 2011-12, for the Present Final Year (2012 Passing Out) Students studying in Self

Financing Engineering Colleges of Tamil Nadu.

M/s Infosys Technologies Limited has kindly agreed to participate in this Placement

Programme during 9th & 10th April, 2012. Centre for University Industry Collaboration, Anna

University Chennai is conducting this programme at P.S.N.A. College of Engineering &

Technology, Kothandaraman Nagar, Dindigul - 624 622 for the 2012 Passing Out Students.

The final year students of B.E. / B.Tech. (CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE, ICE & IT) with an CGPA of

8.5 and above (No Standing Arrears) from I Semester to VII Semester are eligible to

participate. It is mandatory that all the students should secure an average of 70% and above

marks consistently from 10th Std. and 12th Std. It is requested that the Principal / Placement

Officers of the College should verify the marks of the students and certify their eligibility to attend the campus placement.

Students who have already paid the Registration Fee for the academic year 2011-2012

should bring their CUIC Placement Passport Book without fail along with duly signed

attendance sheet.

Candidates who wants to register for the first time have to pay one time Registration fee of

Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven hundred and fifty only) each in the form of a Demand draft drawn in favour of “The Director, CUIC, Anna University” payable at Chennai.
